FRAME / FAQ — THE COMMON ASKS

Quick answers

Fill out the booking form with the sport, date, location, and which package fits. I respond within 24 hours with a quote, a deposit link, and a quick pre-shoot checklist. 50% deposit reserves the date; the balance is due day-of.
Game Day galleries deliver in 5 business days. Athlete Spotlight and Recruiting deliver in 7. Need it faster? Rush delivery (+$40) gets the full gallery to you in 48 hours.
You'll get a private link to a Pixieset gallery. From there you can favorite shots, download originals, share with family, and (with the right license) order prints. Galleries stay live for 12 months.
Currently shooting lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and football. If your sport isn't listed, ask — I'm always open to expanding.
Yes — every package includes a personal-use license that covers personal social media, sharing with family, and printing for home. Just keep a credit tag (@flicksbylvke) on public posts. For commercial use, school yearbooks, or paid sponsorships, you'll want the commercial license add-on.
All over the place. Up to 60 miles is included in the Spotlight and Recruiting packages. Beyond that, I charge $0.65/mile round trip, and overnight trips add $125/night for lodging. Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, McCall, and Eastern Oregon are all on the table.
We reschedule. The deposit transfers to a new date with no extra cost. If a game is rescheduled by the league or school, I'll work with you to find the next available date that fits both schedules.
Each package focuses on a single athlete. If multiple parents on the same team want coverage at the same game/tournament, I offer group rates that split the cost — just reach out so I can build a custom quote.
